Cruise Ship Collision Entertainment Cruises' Spirit of Baltimore

On Thursday, August 28, 2016 around 0200 hours, Entertainment Cruises' Spirit of Baltimore was involved in a collision in at Henderson Wharf Marina Fells Point Maryland with 412 passengers and 35 employees aboard.
The cruise was for an "All Linen Affair," from midnight to 0300 hours and the cruise included DJ, cocktails and dancing for a cost of $55 per passenger.
Spirit of Baltimore hit two moored boats, the Patty Bo and Chapter Eleven, and caused about $100,000 in damage to the wharf, two passengers were injured and transported to a local hospital. investigators said.
The United States Coast Guard determined the cause of the accident was due to the Captain falling asleep on duty.
