The cruise was for an “All Linen Affair,” from midnight to 0300 hours and the cruise included DJ, cocktails and dancing for a cost of $55 per passenger.
Spirit of Baltimore hit two moored boats, the Patty Bo and Chapter Eleven, and caused about $100,000 in damage to the wharf, two passengers were injured and transported to a local hospital. investigators said.
The United States Coast Guard determined the cause of the accident was due to the Captain falling asleep on duty.
